Parkside council continues debate on weapons ordinance :: 05/31/2011
PARKSIDE - Borough officials are once again wrestling with a proposed ordinance that would prohibit the discharge of guns in the residential community and allow police officers to confiscate the weapons used by offenders.
Borough Solicitor John Wills characterized the proposed firearms restriction as a "blanket prohibition."
