Michigan Self-Defense: Robbery suspect shot and killed by victim in Roseville, police say :: 09/02/2020
ROSEVILLE, Mich. (WXYZ) — The suspect in an attempted robbery in Roseville is dead after the victim of the robbery shot and killed him during the encounter, police say.
The attempted robbery happened at Wash Pointe car wash, 26015 Gratiot Ave., around 7 p.m. on Tuesday.
Police say a man was at the car wash when he was approached by two armed suspects who tried robbing him. The victim was also armed, and there was gunfire exchanged and one of the alleged robbers was hit and pronounced dead on the scene.
Roseville police are currently investigating the incident.
