"A man rode his bicycle seven miles on Thursday with a loaded rifle on his back, authorities say.
State police in Indiana said 19-year-old from Creekside, who was not identified, stole a rifle and ammunition 5 p.m. from a home in the 6000 block of Five Points Road."
While we know there have been some specious applications of 302 procedures, this looks like a good time to use it.
