This makes ignorance of the disclosure obligations a risky proposition.

If you are considering purchasing a firearm and have any prior arrests as an adult or juvenile, click here to learn more about Pennsylvania's Making a False Statement in Connection with the Purchase of a Firearm statute and the types of arrests and other issues which need to be included when filling out the Pennsylvania State Police and federal background check forms.
